At Arbisoft, I took Alfred, an all-in-one household services product, from pre-launch through public launch and App Store approval as its sole QA. I built the QA function from scratch, including a bug reporting standard, ticket template, and follow-up process adopted across the account.
For Alfred, I own release readiness and build end-to-end mobile test automation for the React Native app on iOS and Android. I use Proxyman to inspect API traffic and mock responses, and wrote a Python end-to-end home insurance script with a Claude AI agent that was adopted into the client's E2E suite.
At Arbisoft, I also led QA for GOOM's Seeker iOS and Android apps and Provider web app, testing backend data and APIs with PostgreSQL, Django admin, Postman, and Proxyman. For Insurify, I tested product features and partner integrations, analyzed production logs, and validated data integrity with SQL.
Previously, I validated frontend and backend integrations for Flywheel Digital at Strategic Systems International and tested practice management workflows and integrations at CureMD. I bring a product-first approach to quality, check AI-generated work against the real app and database, and mentor new QA engineers.
