What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead Agile QA teams, own end-to-end test strategy, and advance automation with Selenium/testRigor/Claude—partnering cross-time-zone stakeholders to deliver reliable quality on schedule.

I’m a Software QA Lead with experience in software quality assurance, test strategy, and team leadership. Currently, I lead a QA team of 10 across Agile delivery cycles, owning end-to-end test planning, integration plans, and regression plans to keep quality and deadlines aligned.

I drive test automation and efficiency initiatives using Selenium WebDriver, testRigor, and Claude for AI-assisted test case creation, script maintenance, and defect/log analysis. I also serve as the primary QA liaison with US-based onsite associates and offshore managers, coordinating cross-time-zone delivery while maintaining client trust.

I’ve built QA capability across manual and automated testing—functional, regression, integration, system, sanity, and black-box testing—plus mobile testing for iOS/Android/Windows. I’m ISTQB CTFL Certified and have delivered in-house training on automation frameworks (CodedUI, Selenium) and performance testing.
