What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build production-grade AI systems at a frontier AI company.

At HTC Global Services, I fine-tune Llama 3.2 90B for document understanding and distill large open-source models into deployment-ready models.

I brought handwritten manuscript OCR in-house with a hybrid Kraken and Microsoft TrOCR pipeline, and fine-tuned a YOLO model for newspaper text detection that reached 0.95 accuracy.

For VentureGPT, a freelance project for a venture studio, I built an API-first platform that orchestrates seven specialist AI agents to produce evidence-grounded investment scores, a memo, and a Go/No-Go recommendation.

I also built an enterprise RAG pipeline with hybrid semantic and keyword search, Qdrant indexing, and cross-encoder re-ranking. I’m looking to build production-grade AI systems at a frontier AI company.
