I'm a PhD researcher in mental health, building on a master's thesis that examined a training program based on the Process Model of Emotion Regulation to improve psychological resilience.

I've published research on the factorial structure of the Emotion Regulation Scale in the Journal of Educational Sciences. My work is grounded in psychology, emotional regulation, and evidence-informed mental health practice.

At Etizan Center for Rehabilitation and Consultations, I worked as a psychological and educational counselor. I've also supported scientific communication as an editor at My Science Magazine and as a freelance translator of scientific articles and research.

I bring experience in education, presentation design, digital transformation, and Arabic-English communication, alongside clinical training in psychiatry and addiction treatment.
