I analyze clients’ risk profiles and financial goals to recommend tailored life, health, and property insurance solutions, and I educate prospects on technical policy features, riders, and policy continuities to overcome objections. I also maintain strong underwriting and compliance knowledge to ensure high-quality, error-free contract submissions while meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.

My journey also strengthened my communication, organization, and problem-solving through diverse roles: I served as an IT Focal Point for UNICEF-supported learning programs by troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues and teaching digital literacy to vulnerable youth. Earlier, I worked as a Sales Associate at Azadea Group, handling transactions, merchandising, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment, and I later managed inventory for multi-location distribution across Lebanon. I even launched and managed WearBeirut as a self-employed clothing brand, running design-to-delivery operations and growing my audience through Instagram and TikTok—so I bring both analytical discipline and hands-on drive to every client-facing role.
