At Bajaj Finserv, I work on unsecured loan marketplace products, improving customer onboarding, lending funnels, partner integrations, credit decisioning, and conversion performance. I manage end-to-end product delivery from requirements, PRDs, and user stories through sprint planning, UAT, and Agile/Scrum releases.
Previously, I owned risk and repayments products at FPL Technologies, spanning fraud prevention, recovery automation, collections workflows, predictive analytics, SQL, APIs, and AWS Redshift. Across 6+ years in FinTech, I’ve worked where product, engineering, data, and credit risk meet to build lending architectures that scale without compromising approval rates or compliance.
