Harsh Mistry

I’m a Software Engineer with 6+ years of experience building scalable enterprise applications across healthcare, gaming, and education. I focus on full-stack delivery while driving AI-forward engineering using agentic AI workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and LLM integration.

At Altera Digital Health (Oct 2024–Present), I design AI-powered features for the Paragon Denali and Carepath healthcare platforms. I architect autonomous agent frameworks to automate clinical data processing, build and optimize RAG pipelines for contextual document search, and lead MLOps best practices for model versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD integration.

Previously at Tata Consultancy Services (Jun 2022–Oct 2024), I delivered full-stack features for UNIBET (Kindred Group), a Europe-based online betting and gaming platform. I built high-concurrency backend services with C#/.NET Core and WebAPI, integrated Apache Kafka and Solace for real-time streaming, and implemented payment gateway integrations with PCI-DSS compliance.

Earlier roles strengthened my fundamentals in shipping production systems: at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda I promoted to full-stack developer for the ERP system (MSUIS), and as a Computer Programmer I built the Merit-Based Admission System and large-scale assessment platforms. I’m at my best when I collaborate cross-functionally, lead technical discussions, and deliver reliable, production-ready solutions.
