I’m a risk and compliance-oriented professional with experience in financial operations, transaction monitoring, and AML/CFT processes within the pensions sector. I focus on identifying irregular activity early and supporting regulatory alignment across multiple funds.

In my current role at Kudos Pensions Ltd, I conduct transaction monitoring across five pension funds, maintain and update the Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) register, and perform compliance-related research and law mapping. I also review and refine internal AML/CFT presentations and manuals, helping ensure our processes match regulatory expectations.

I strengthen operational accuracy by verifying invoices, membership data, and financial records, and by validating underlying data for complex pension benefit calculations. I manage PMA allocations to support correct distribution of contributions and fund allocations while reducing operational risk.

Across prior positions at Kudos and SICOM Group, I supported pension administration, reconciled monthly benefit payments and contributions, and verified work completed by junior staff. I’m an advanced Excel user who builds templates to automate calculations, improve reporting efficiency, and standardize operational workflows.
