I’m a QA Engineer with 2 years of experience in functional testing and quality assurance for enterprise SaaS applications, delivering measurable QA outcomes that stakeholders can trust.

As a primary functional tester for CX product squads, I certified product quality against acceptance criteria defined by Product Owners and worked closely with Business Analysts to validate scope and coverage.

I built and maintained a scalable Playwright (TypeScript) automation framework using Page Object Model (POM). By parallelising cross-browser execution across Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit, I achieved a 70% reduction in manual regression cycle time.
