At Covalense Digital, I validated an enterprise Telecom CRM platform across its customer lifecycle, service account, tenant management, product catalog, and sales order modules. I checked REST APIs with Postman and verified backend data with MySQL.
I designed test cases and ran regression, smoke, sanity, and UAT testing across Agile sprints, while managing defects in JIRA. During my automation upskilling, I created a Playwright Page Object Model framework for SauceDemo and integrated it with GitHub Actions.
