I am a senior engineering and projects leader with over twelve years' experience delivering complex onshore and offshore oil and gas EPC projects across West Africa. I lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage EPC contractors, and drive electrical and control-system design, commissioning and brownfield upgrades to international standards.
I directly manage a core technical team of seven and provide oversight to more than 180 personnel across engineering, projects, facilities and programmes, coordinating stakeholders including WAPCo, Eni Ghana and government agencies. I have led major projects including the Takoradi–Tema Interconnection Pipeline, compressor and metering station projects, and delivered ISO management system implementations for multiple organisations in the region.
My technical strengths include electrical design reviews, SCADA and protection systems, FAT/SAT and commissioning, QA/QC and ISO-aligned management systems. I am results-focused, experienced in cost and schedule controls, and comfortable with rotational travel and delivery within Ghana’s regulatory and operational environment.
