At Spartan Labs, I’m building Kenya Insurance Intelligence, a public data product based on Association of Kenya Insurers and Insurance Regulatory Authority reports. It tracks underwriting losses across 2017–2024 and flags differences in source coverage while withholding unverified figures.
At CCI Kenya, I analyzed about 7,500 QA audits to identify causes of dissatisfied-customer cases, then built pivot dashboards and presented them to the senior campaign manager. My projects also include predictive models with documented validation, explainability and limitations, and I’m researching claims reserving methods for Kenyan short-tail general insurance as part of my MSc thesis.
