At Millat Tractors Pvt Ltd, I coordinate CAPEX and engineering projects from requirements and technical evaluation through procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover.
I prepare and review equipment specifications, quotations, and vendor submissions, and coordinate with local and international suppliers on manufacturing equipment, tooling, and spare parts.
I manage Tool Store and In-House Tool Room operations, supporting production and maintenance with tooling availability. I also manage machining activities focused on process optimization, equipment reliability, and downtime reduction.
Earlier, I analyzed engine, drive train, and tractor body assembly at Millat Tractors Pvt Ltd, and operated blow and injection molding machinery at Thermosole Industries Pvt Ltd. My projects included a dehumidifier plant that collected, filtered, and mineralized water from air, and a solar power assisted A/C for a delivery truck.
