I’m a Data Analyst with over 13 years of experience in the retail sector at Marjane Group, combining strong operational expertise with Business Intelligence. I’m driven by a simple goal: turn operational data into clear, strategic decisions that teams can act on.

In my current role as Data Connect Ambassador, I’m the internal point of contact for data visualization tools (Tableau) across the store network. I support teams in adopting a data-driven culture, making reporting easier to understand and use for day-to-day performance.

Previously, as a Business Analyst and Commerce Manager, I analyzed commercial performance and prepared management reports using Power BI and Excel, while also training and developing sales teams. I managed commercial budgets and action plans, negotiated internal promotions, led in-store activation programs, and supervised and mentored a team of 30 staff members—along with managing 10,000 product references and key CPC indicators.
