I'm currently coordinating projects and supporting IT operations at the Regional Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (RCED). I manage administrative workflows, project documentation, progress reports, official correspondence, and resource allocation.

I also assist with student and candidate placement drives by coordinating with industry partners and maintaining career transition data. Alongside this, I troubleshoot basic system issues and help team members use digital tools effectively.

Through three years as a home tutor, I designed activity-based lessons, educational games, and practical demonstrations to make complex concepts easier to understand. I tracked student progress through regular assessments and adapted teaching methods to different learning paces.

With an M.Sc. in Physics from Panjab University, I bring a detail-oriented approach to administration, training, documentation, and collaborative project work.
