What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a blue-team/SOC role where I can triage incidents, strengthen defenses with Linux and detection tools, and grow through security operations and audits in a security-first environment.

I’m an information security professional with broad experience in safeguarding digital assets and fortifying network defenses. I bring hands-on network security, risk assessment, and incident response skills, using analytical thinking to identify and address vulnerabilities.

During my Information Security Intern role at Al-Baraka Bank, I gained SOC experience using IBM QRadar, SIRP, and Trend Micro Vision One XDR—contributing to incident triage, escalation, and documentation. I also supported an ISO 27001 external audit by preparing evidence packages, compiling compliance reports, and coordinating with auditors, building real exposure to GRC processes in a regulated banking environment.

As a Cyber Security Intern (Remote), I developed Python-based keylogger and network capture tooling and performed data recovery and retrieval for digital forensics understanding. Alongside my BSc in Cyber Security (FAST), my technical and security-operations coursework—Security Operations and Administration, Information Audit, Ethical Hacking, and Digital Forensics—keeps me grounded in both blue-team operations and security fundamentals.
