At Kenko AI, I own the Payments domain as Pod Lead, covering architecture, delivery, and reliability for payment and subscription workflows serving 500+ merchants. I built a gateway-agnostic subscription engine supporting Stripe, Adyen, and Razorpay, cutting new-gateway onboarding from one week to two days.
I led the Adyen for Platforms integration, designing marketplace payment, payout, and dispute flows and building custom views when the available components lacked merchant-level context. I also work with Support and Ops on payment incidents, reducing resolution time from about three days to under 24 hours.
At 1K Kirana Bazaar, I re-architected the Warehouse Management System around async queues and database partitioning to handle 7–8M requests a day. Across my work, I’ve also applied AI-assisted review and testing workflows, mentored engineers, and built backend systems for payments, commerce, and distribution.
