I’m a motivated B.Sc graduate seeking opportunities to leverage my skills and knowledge through challenging projects and continued professional growth. I bring a strong foundation in communication and teamwork, along with a willingness to learn quickly.

In customer-facing work, I answer enquiries over the phone, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues and conflicts. I focus on providing supportive guidance while dealing with people diplomatically.

I also have experience as a video content Creater & Editor, where I work on editing and content creation to produce engaging videos. My technical toolkit includes Adobe Photoshop and DaVinci Resolve to support my editing workflow.

I’m comfortable working with tools like Ms excel, Ms word, and HTML, and I’m flexible about the technical area I’m assigned to. I’m an effective team facilitator with good time management, strong verbal and written communication, and adaptability that helps me contribute consistently.
