I've built and maintained automated test coverage for NTUC Athena at Joy IT Solutions, Ruttl's web feedback and annotation platform at Brucira Softwares, and BALIC's insurance agent portal. My work spans Selenium WebDriver, Java, Playwright JS, Cucumber, QMetry, and Extent Reports.
I translate business requirements into test plans, cases, scripts, and execution reports across UAT, SIT, E2E, regression, sanity, and smoke testing. I've also integrated automated suites with GitHub Actions and collaborate closely with developers and QA teams to keep sprint releases on track.
