Happy Ndaba

I am a dedicated and goal-oriented English teacher with over six years of experience in educating children and adults, primarily from China and South America. My journey in education began with four years of preschool teaching, followed by two years in online education, where I have excelled at creating interactive and engaging learning environments. I pride myself on my ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse student needs, fostering strong classroom management and a positive learning atmosphere.

In my current role as an Online English Consultant/Teacher with MPC Recruitment, I facilitate engaging online lessons for junior and adult ESL students. I customize lesson plans to address individual student needs, improving their reading, speaking, and writing skills. My previous experience at Elevate Christian Academy allowed me to collaborate with a team of educators to develop integrated lesson plans and maintain a positive classroom environment. Additionally, my volunteer work as a Personal Assistant to a bookkeeper has enhanced my organizational and administrative skills, making me a well-rounded candidate for any educational role.
