At Kurnl Systems Ltd, I developed forecasts for C$5 million in fibre infrastructure investments across 37 residential properties, modelling cash flows, project returns, and capital requirements. I also designed a project-accounting framework and developed pricing models for Kurnl’s wholesale fibre network and retail ISP, Bolt.
Previously, I supported portfolio construction and capital allocation at British Columbia Investment Management Corp, building valuation models and maintaining coverage of emerging-market companies. At Sigma Capital, I developed valuation models and supported IPOs and investor roadshows, including B-Investment’s offering, which was oversubscribed 84.4x.
