I've built AI and machine learning solutions at ClearTax and Cipla, from improving chatbot NLU to cleaning high-volume cloud datasets and developing classification and regression models.
At ClearTax, I tuned chatbot models and training data to reduce negative feedback by 91% and escalations by 83%, while raising CSAT from 3.8 to 4.3 through faster, context-aware automated responses.
At Cipla, I used Python, SQL, AWS, and exploratory data analysis to uncover data issues, extract structured business data, model demand-related problems, and visualize trends through interactive Matplotlib dashboards.
I've also built and deployed projects including a multi-agent AI travel concierge, a movie recommender, CNN-based medical image and demographic classifiers, and a high-precision email spam classifier. I enjoy turning data, NLP, computer vision, and LLM workflows into practical end-to-end applications.
