Part of a 6-person innovation team leading the shift from QA services to AI products; built three products from scratch now forming the R/Pulse platform, deployed with nearly 10 paying customers across 6 industry sectors. Owns two products including the Autonomous Adaptive Security Agent (AASA), an autonomous AI agent built end to end.

One of three partners in an Embedded Executive AI Office for small and mid-sized regenerative medicine, medtech, and medical device companies; set technical strategy, service portfolio, pricing, and delivery model.

Designed and led the evaluation framework for CropWizard, a production conversational RAG assistant for agriculture; defined KPIs, performance standards, and evaluation methodology with public and private partners, a founding contribution to the AIAgriBench benchmarking consortium. Deployed RAG work into production on n8n and fine-tuned LLMs on Kubernetes-based infrastructure.

Tech lead on the majority of an 80+ initiative AI/ML portfolio over two years, leading teams of 5–6 developers per project on from-scratch builds, from problem discovery to product handoff. Owned C-level relationships, defined success metrics, and delivered a patient-facing oncology AI recommendation system contributing to a $15M contract renewal.

Promoted twice in two semesters (Consultant → Senior Consultant → Project Manager). Led a team of 6–7 consultants on a paid client engagement for a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company, defining role structure, selecting team members, and coaching them through delivery with 1:1s and performance feedback.

Led the experimental side of a collaboration with a computational biophysics group, blind-validating protein–ligand docking predictions using ITC, HPLC, and NMR. Conducted protein expression, purification, enzyme kinetics, mutagenesis, and crystallization; trained researchers in HPLC.

Only biologist on a contracted engineering team validating a technology transfer with Solvay at the CTBE/CNPEM pilot plant. Supported every shift during the first months of operation and acted as technical liaison between the contractor team and the research institute.

Independently implemented new screening methodology for several enzymatic assays, creating, validating, and documenting protocols still used today. Developed a buffer that stores enzymes at room temperature and a method that cut production and maintenance costs of an enzyme cocktail for biomass saccharification.

Conducted undergraduate research in cell biology on cancer and cell death.

Ph.D. in Informatics with a focus on AI for Biological Systems, completed in 2022.
