At EU Business School, I independently manage end-to-end payroll operations for approximately 800 employees across two companies in Spain. I handle gross-to-net calculations and work with HR and an external law firm on payroll and compliance matters.
I prepare and reconcile payroll reports, payment files, and accounting entries in Sage. I also develop payroll systems and Excel-based tools to simplify calculations, improve controls, automate processes, and reduce errors.
My work at EU Business School also includes client invoicing, revenue and refund transactions, and financial reconciliations. I provide the CFO with payroll and financial analysis while maintaining confidential, accurate records.
Previously, I conducted fraud investigations and transaction analysis on the Stripe platform through Teleperformance, and worked as a Real Estate Agent at De Diego & Mother Ficasso Real Estate, supporting clients through property enquiries and agreements.
