I’m a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in customer support, education, and online communication. I’m known for a calm, structured approach, and for taking responsibility for accuracy and organisation when working with data, clients, and digital platforms.

Since 2019, I’ve worked as an Online English Teacher (Self-Employed), delivering one-to-one and group lessons to international students. I adapt teaching methods to different learning styles, manage scheduling and lesson planning independently, and use online platforms and digital tools to keep lessons engaging and effective.

Before teaching full-time, I built a solid foundation in customer support and reservations, including customer queries across UK and South African markets and coordinating test ride bookings. I maintained accurate records using CRM systems and handled fast-paced follow-ups while delivering high-quality service.

I’ve also contributed to business outcomes through roles at Hewlett Packard, including Business Development Manager and Business Account Manager, where I managed relationships with UK schools and resellers, negotiated pricing, supported purchasing decisions, and contributed to revenue growth. With a CELTA (Pass B) and a BA (Hons) in Hispanic Studies, I bring clear communication, quick learning, and dependable performance across education and client-facing work.
