I seek a role that allows me to utilize my skills in BSA compliance and risk management while fostering professional growth and development.

I am an energetic and creative BSA compliance professional with extensive experience in risk assessments, monitoring, testing, and project management. Currently, I serve as a BSA Governance and Quality Assurance Officer at Wilmington Savings and Funds Society, where I originated and constructed the BSA Quality Assurance Program from the ground up. My role involves executing and reporting on Quality Assurance testing for BSA and various line of business policies, ensuring compliance and enhancing the overall program.

Throughout my career, I have developed a strong expertise in Wealth and Capital Markets, responding to audit requests, and facilitating training to enhance staff understanding of BSA protocols. My previous experience includes roles at Bryn Mawr Bank Corporation and Fulton Financial Corporation, where I drove process optimization and acted as a liaison for BSA initiatives. I am committed to staying updated on regulatory changes and emerging industry trends to continuously improve compliance efforts.
