I’m a detail-oriented virtual assistant with hands-on experience in administrative support, accurate data handling, and maintaining organized systems. I focus on data accuracy, confidentiality, and keeping records easy to retrieve.

In my part-time Pharmacist Assistant role, I entered and maintained accurate customer and inventory records, verified data by cross-checking prescriptions and inventory logs, and organized files to ensure proper documentation. I also maintained confidentiality of customer medical information and supported administrative tasks to improve workflow efficiency.

As a part-time Tutor (mathematics and science), I maintained organized student records and progress tracking, prepared structured reports and learning materials, and graded with strong attention to detail. I also managed schedules and consistently met deadlines.

I’m proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and I work confidently with remote tools like Zoom, Meet, Slack, and Trello. I bring a “fast learner” mindset, adaptability to new systems, and a proven ability to work independently while delivering accurate results.
