What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a challenging cybersecurity role where I can apply my SOC and SIEM experience in real-time monitoring, incident response, and phishing/malware investigations to strengthen organizational security and continue my professional growth.

I’m an Information Security Analyst with 2.1 years of experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) work, including 24x7 log monitoring, security information review, and real-time alert generation. I support incident analysis and escalation by monitoring events from multiple sources using SIEM operations and endpoint security tools.

My day-to-day includes triaging alerts, investigating phishing emails and malware incidents, and collecting Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) like IP addresses, URLs, domains, file hashes, and email artifacts. I create and manage security incidents in ServiceNow, follow SOC SOPs/playbooks, maintain accurate documentation, and have focused on ensuring 100% SLA compliance with zero SLA breaches while collaborating with L2/L3 teams for resolution.
