I’m a Warehouse & Material Control Lead delivering end-to-end material management for major industrial EPCM projects at JESA (Joint Venture OCP & Worley) in Jorf Lasfar, Morocco. Since November 2022, I’ve led warehouse and material control strategy from groundbreaking to completion for the TSP Hub Factory and coordinated material streams across JFC 1 to JFC 5.

I orchestrate logistics via SAP MM for large-scale facility construction and material adaptations, including warehouse asset and bulk equipment management over €150M. I also coordinate warehouse receiving pipelines, specialized heavy-lift cargo, and component logistics for the Jorf Lasfar Seawater Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) Desalination Plant.

I focus on inventory integrity and delivery performance: I maintain warehouse records for piping, mechanical packages, and chemical processing equipment to achieve a 99.4% warehouse material accuracy rate and cut site material waste by 14%. I lead global logistics and expediting with 45+ manufacturers, eliminating custom clearance bottlenecks and mitigating transit delays by 18%.

I align material quality with engineering and safety requirements by evaluating and signing off on 500+ Material Receiving Reports (MRR). I also build material readiness dashboards and warehouse budget variance reports to improve delivery predictability by 22%, and I previously supported OCP’s site logistics team as a Supply Chain & Material Management Intern (June 2022–August 2022).
