At CoverCar Maroc (TFZ), I oversee logistics and warehouse management across group plants, including distribution, transport, customs flows, and raw material budget forecasting. I also manage supply chain planning staff and logistics, production, and human resources KPIs.
Previously, as Supply Chain Planner & Information System Responsible at CoverCar Maroc (TFZ), I led the cross-departmental rollout of the Business Blueprint and developed ERP components using Symfony and Angular. I also provided training for key-users and end-users.
Earlier at CoverCar Maroc (TFZ), I developed software solutions for supply chain planning and execution while maintaining IATF norms. During my internships at CoverCar Maroc and Frulact Maroc, I developed stock-management and MRP software and two VBA applications to manage and optimize customs costs.
