At XarTechenology LLC, I led migrations of on-premises workloads and Microsoft 365 services to cloud platforms, aiming for minimal downtime and optimized performance. I configured hybrid connectivity between on-premises infrastructure and Azure, and used Microsoft Sentinel to monitor threats.
I also managed Microsoft 365 and endpoint security, deploying Windows devices with Intune and Windows Autopilot. I automated administrative and patch-management tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Bash.
Earlier, at GCS Pvt Ltd, I managed servers and network infrastructure and led a team of up to 10 System and Network Engineers. At Commtel.ae, I supported Microsoft 365, virtualization, and on-premises infrastructure.
