At GSK, I publish stock-at-risk, sales-versus-forecast, write-off, and inventory reporting across portfolios spanning more than 30 countries. I build Power BI dashboards and tracking tools that improve visibility into market performance, forecast variance, inventory, and write-off root causes.
Previously at Alkaram Studio, I planned departmental lead times to support 100% OTIF across collections, managed material resource planning, and built article-level and supplier-performance reporting. I also developed price-bracket analysis to identify outliers and potential best-selling products.
At Midas Safety, I improved production processes, workforce planning, quality controls, and cycle times. My design modification increased productivity by 33%, while a forced-cooling improvement reduced rejection from 3.93% to 1.08% and delivered annual cost savings.
