What I'm looking for

I seek a U.S.-based clinical role where I can apply emergency, ophthalmic, and laboratory nursing expertise, lead teams, improve quality systems, and grow toward advanced clinical leadership.

I am a compassionate Registered Nurse with over eight years of progressive experience across Emergency Care, Ophthalmology, Laboratory Services, and nursing leadership. I deliver safe, patient-centered care in high-pressure environments and emphasize evidence-based practice and patient safety.

As Nurse Manager at Elitepath Laboratory, I led clinical and administrative teams, developed SOPs, operationalized a new medical laboratory facility, and expanded referral services through strategic partnerships. I have hands-on experience in acute assessment, triage, post-operative care, medication administration, IV therapy, and infection prevention.

Previously I served as Nurse In Charge at Ampath Laboratory and as Shift Leader in Accident & Emergency, where I managed trauma and critical care, supervised staff, coordinated diagnostics, and mentored junior nurses—consistently improving workflow efficiency and quality assurance.

I serve as Vice President of the Ophthalmologic Society of Lesotho, promoting professional development and ophthalmic nursing standards. I am eligible to pursue NCLEX-RN and U.S. licensure and am seeking to contribute clinical excellence and leadership skills within a U.S. healthcare facility.
