What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a team building production agentic LLM systems where I can own RAG/agent pipelines end-to-end, back decisions with rigorous LLM evaluation, and ship with strong observability and risk-aware iteration.

I’m an AI/LLM engineer with end-to-end feature ownership across four production AI products, where I build agent pipelines on LangGraph (multi-node conversation/agent routers, shared state, and streaming) and ship schema-driven tooling behind FastAPI backends. I design hybrid retrieval (BM25 + vector search fused with Reciprocal Rank Fusion) to deliver page-cited, grounded answers and operationalize it as MCP servers for customer-facing use.

I’m equally focused on what it takes to decide and prove: I build execution-grounded evals and blinded LLM-as-judge harnesses to establish baselines, reduce hallucinations with guardrails, and keep residual risk visible. From healthcare ML pipelines to production monitoring (Langfuse, CloudWatch routing, COGS-per-query) and hardened tool calling under live load, my work is guided by “measure first, recommend second, and file the residual risk rather than hide it.”
