HAKIM Raafo
@hakimraafo
Entry-level US truck dispatcher trained in dispatch fundamentals, with simulated practice in load evaluation, rate calculations, and shipment tracking.
SomaliaWhat I'm looking for
I completed US Truck Dispatching Fundamentals training with simulated dispatch exercises covering load-board searches, load selection, and rate-per-mile calculations.
In those exercises, I practiced broker communication, booking procedures, driver coordination, shipment tracking, and dispatch documentation.
At DBbet, I coordinated communication with international partners, agents, customers, and internal teams. I supported a team of 8 managers, monitored workflow progress, and contributed to approximately 30% faster response times.
At Melbet, I managed partner and customer communication, account processes, and follow-ups, and escalated unresolved issues to relevant teams. I’m seeking a remote, full-time entry-level opportunity in US trucking and logistics where I can apply my training and develop professional experience.
