At Restaurant Brands International I lead global corporate FP&A for a $4.7bn brand within an $8.2bn conglomerate, owning consolidated P&L, budget and forecast consolidation, and executive-ready board materials. I blend finance systems transformation and automation expertise—OneStream, Hyperion, SAP BW, Power BI, Advanced Excel—and have integrated generative AI to automate data prep and draft variance commentary, reducing cycle time by about 20%. I also design driver-based forecasting, KPI trackers, and variance decomposition models to increase transparency and accountability.
