At Forrest T. Jones, I owned the architecture roadmap for moving application and integration systems to Azure, sequencing the work to remove dependencies before migration. I also provided the architecture and data model conversion for the GIAS-to-CalcFocus provider migration, cutting license costs from $3M to $1.2M.
I architected and deployed PulseAI, an agentic AI platform built on MCP, shadow-agent verification, and RAG grounding, giving business and IT teams one trusted view of change status and cutting manual status reporting by about 40 hours a month. I also built an MCP server in C# using LLM and ServiceNow APIs to surface plain-language status on changes.
Earlier, I built a B2B platform and a cross-platform Xamarin app at EXL Services (Overland Solutions), and developed corporate websites, search, and automation at Sosland Publishing. Independently, I shipped more than 40 products, including mobile apps, an Amazon Alexa skill, and multilingual e-commerce sites.
