At Riley County Appraisers Office, I maintain personal property records and building permit files for the Tax Roll. I enter permit information in Orion, check digital files for accuracy, and keep the building permit master spreadsheet up to date.
I also review mobile home records, update information and photos, and send Mobile Home Court Listings to parks in Riley County. I conduct informal and payment under protest hearings with property owners or representatives to discuss valuation estimates or clarify values.
Previously, I worked as a Front Desk Assistant at Family and Implant Dentistry and as a Student Office Assistant at the Office of Vice President for Student Life and Dean of Students, Kansas State University. My continuing education includes Kansas property tax, personal property valuation, Orion, and appraisal standards.
