What I'm looking for

I want to work where I can build dashboards and run retention, traffic, and campaign analysis—translating data into clear decisions. I enjoy collaborating with stakeholders on validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting to improve customer and business outcomes.

I’m a data specialist focused on turning user, marketing, and operational data into clear insights for stakeholders. Most recently, I worked on retention analysis and page performance for a Meeting & Events Management company, presenting insights and building dashboards.

At Daraz (Alibaba Group), I developed seller refund KPIs for packaging materials, enabling $1500–$2000 refunds, and collaborated with business teams to automate redundant requests—decreasing ad-hocs by 10%. I also supported customer experience work by automating infringement and duplicate product capture and brand monitoring, and contributed to traffic ops and campaign analysis, including A/B result evaluation and deep-dive frameworks.

I enjoy hands-on data quality work—validating dashboard data, troubleshooting discrepancies, and tracking root causes to keep reporting reliable. I build with SQL and Python and use tools like Looker Studio and Power BI, plus Tableau, Mixpanel, and BigQuery/Databricks for analysis and visualization.
