At ACCENTURE SOLUTIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, I monitor and troubleshoot SAP landscapes including Crelink, BW, Solman, CPT, and eCorp. I also perform system refreshes and support package upgrades.
I administer background jobs, RFCs, printers, and spool services, and implement SAP Notes in AS ABAP systems. I analyze system logs, runtime dumps, and transport issues.
I work with SAP Service Marketplace to maintain OSS connections, generate developer keys, and download support packages and kernel patches. I also handle monthly system maintenance and review Early Watch Alert reports.
I resolve incidents and manage changes using ServiceNow, and have delivered SAP Basis knowledge-sharing sessions and technical presentations. I hold the SAP Certified S/4HANA System Administration certification (C_TADM_23) and SAP Basis Overview certification.
