At Flowjoy, I build AI-powered web applications, voice automation platforms, and lead re-engagement systems that turn manual operational work into reliable workflows.

I engineered Laurie, a 24/7 AI Voice Receptionist using Retell AI, Twilio, and SvelteKit, with inbound lead qualification, calendar booking, missed-call text-backs, CRM webhook ingestion, and sub-second voice latency handling. I also designed prompt guardrails and a live operations dashboard with call transcripts, AI summaries, execution diagnostics, and a voice prompt sandbox.

For Broadr, I built a high-concurrency SMS re-engagement engine that reactivates thousands of cold leads through Twilio and Inngest. I integrated real-time NLP sentiment analysis to automate Do-Not-Contact lists and protect sender reputation.

Alongside application development, I manage Wi-Fi networks, hardware deployments, IP routing, automated backups, and disaster recovery at Dar Sahara. I enjoy building practical systems that reduce operational costs and deliver high-value outcomes.
