At Vlaamse Instelling voor Technologisch Onderzoek, I led public procurement and strategic sourcing for ICT, lab supplies and laboratory equipment across multiple research groups. I partnered with scientific stakeholders, set performance reviews around savings, cost management and supplier relationship management, and brought structure to complex requirements.

Previously, I headed purchasing at General Hospital Geel, managing negotiation, contracts, vendors and category strategy in a regulated healthcare setting. I strengthened supplier governance, improved operational processes and led cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

At Estée Lauder Companies and Schering-Plough, I managed third-party manufacturing, new product introductions, inventory accuracy, SAP data governance and regulated change control across EMEA. I combine a data-driven mindset with practical collaboration to improve supply continuity, performance and business value.
