I’m a Technical Sales Representative (SDR/BDR) with 5+ years closing IT deals across West Africa. I combine technical credibility with sales drive—technical enough to earn trust, sales-driven enough to move pipelines.
In my Pre-Sales IT Engineer → Technical Sales role, I design and pitch customized solutions across network, security, cloud, and datacenter. I write technical proposals, respond to public/private tenders, and conduct Cisco, HPE, Palo Alto, FortiGate, and Dell product demos to win enterprise contracts.
Alongside that, I work as a Microsoft Business Advisor (Freelance), using PLG to manage multichannel relationships, handle complex objections/escalations, and retain accounts. I also upsell Microsoft 365 services like Teams, Azure AD, Exchange, and SharePoint to existing customers.
Earlier, as an IT Project Manager for sales and delivery, I prospected and won projects and managed the full cycle from qualification to delivery for 10+ enterprise clients.
