What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead a global security program end-to-end—governance to hands-on execution—turning risk into board-ready outcomes while strengthening compliance, identity, and cloud/app security.

I’m a cybersecurity leader with 15+ years of experience building, scaling, and running security programs for global SaaS organizations. I translate risk into business outcomes for executives and Boards, with deep hands-on technical roots.

I established security governance from zero and have a proven track record delivering SOC 2 Type II compliance—successfully leading the preparation through certification in 2 months. I’ve built operating models that embed security into engineering and business operations, supported by enterprise risk management and security roadmaps.

My approach is practical and measurable: I conduct crown jewel discovery and classification, run security audits and compliance programs, and integrate identity-first security through Zero Trust and IAM. I’ve designed and deployed core security tooling (SIEM, vulnerability management, phishing simulations), automated onboarding/offboarding, and launched a public bug bounty program.

In executive roles, I also lead acquisition security due diligence and integration. At ConnectWise, I’ve transitioned security tooling, processes, and ownership post-acquisition while integrating critical systems into existing security platforms and workflows—bringing structure, speed, and clarity to security outcomes across teams.
