Built a standalone notification service integrating WhatsApp Cloud API, Twilio SMS, email, and Telegram, with Redis-backed message state and scheduled jobs. Designed three coordinated services connecting the platform to physical hardware with automatic reconnection and reliable delivery.

Built a scheduled, containerized pipeline syncing contract data with incremental updates and backfilled ~20,500 historical records after tracing a silent parsing failure. Delivered an automated reporting system that cut manual reporting time by about 65%.

Built and shipped production RAG systems and AssessorIA, an LLM-based document platform with FastAPI/PostgreSQL backend and React clients. Delivered a patient-distribution system for a large Brazilian healthcare network under LGPD-aligned practices.

Built a near-real-time ingestion pipeline polling an external API every minute, with XML parsing, normalization, deduplication, and third-party data enrichment. Built inbound and outbound webhooks with commercial partners and credit providers, plus a configurable outbound rules engine and WhatsApp dispatch routes.

Owned the backend layer of AI-based optimization solutions for wind power plants, with long-running data workflows orchestrated in Airflow and Dagster.
