What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Director of Finance and Accounting position at Hadley Designs, where I can use my strategic finance and accounting skills to support its mission of creating engaging educational tools that inspire children's learning and growth.

At On Brazil Ltda, I direct Finance, Accounting, and Tax across LATAM. I redesigned credit policies and collections workflows, reducing bad debt from 50% to 1.5%, and secured an estimated R$ 10 million in annual tax savings through Brazil’s Special ICMS Import Regime.

I also led the Salesforce-to-Microsoft Dynamics 365 migration in Brazil and implemented finance systems that automated treasury and operational finance cycles. Earlier, at Deloitte, I audited companies across manufacturing and services, working with IFRS/CPCs, consolidations, and internal controls.
