At Upland Software, I lead a nine-person engineering team on Qvidian while continuing to contribute hands-on. I evolved its RFP reporting module into an AI-augmented analytics capability, integrating OpenAI and Anthropic Claude for automated report generation and natural-language queries.
I’ve designed and prototyped AI agent workflows and Model Context Protocol integrations that connect Qvidian tools with LLM providers for content generation and contextual data retrieval. I also delivered product work across Angular, VB.NET, C#, and SQL Server, including Track Changes for split RFP files and bulk content-editing tools.
Earlier, I developed analytics reporting solutions at Oreta India and insurance applications at BUCK Capability Centre, and contributed to Dell’s e-commerce platform at Nityo Infotech and Ernst & Young LLP. At Thomson Reuters, I built workflow and financial-data automation tools, including a system that extracted statement data from PDF and HTML filings.
