I analyzed dedicated-fleet and common-carrier designs for a U.S. snacking leader using Cosmic Frog, Power BI, and Tableau, identifying options with up to $4M in annual savings. I have also supported North American network design through data cleaning, lane costing, regression analysis, and network modelling.
I lead warehouse analysis and storage-mode evaluations, including a high-density cable-drum warehouse and a 3.2L sq. ft. spare-parts distribution center designed to store 45K+ SKUs. My work turns operational data into practical layouts and efficiency improvements.
I build usable planning and analytics tools in Excel/VBA and Microsoft Access, from automated MRP and transport-planning tools to picker-utilization analysis. I use SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and optimization tools to make supply chain decisions clearer and more actionable.
