I’m a Supply Chain Analytics Lead with ~6 years of experience building and scaling planning and decision systems used in recurring business cycles across CPG, retail, and logistics. I’m known for converting fragmented planning processes into structured systems—reducing planning cycles from weeks to days and enabling faster, repeatable decision-making across regions.

At Lyric, I’ve owned RCCP (capacity planning) adopted across multiple business units in US & Europe (~5 planners per BU), using scenario and sensitivity analysis in recurring planning cycles. I also built and owned waste forensics & returns analytics used for monthly planning and operational decisions, and I deployed a sustainability planning system that tracks net-zero initiatives and evaluates initiative-level impact on long-term targets. Beyond delivery, I lead customer-facing solutioning (POCs, demos, system design) as the primary interface between customer teams and product.

Previously at NTT DATA as a Senior Consultant, I designed supply chain networks for a large distribution business (~₹100 Cr scope), driving ~10% cost reduction (~₹10 Cr savings) and service improvement from 35% → 65% (Day 0) and 60% → 95% (Day 1). I built scenario-based network models across client engagements and developed a multi-year network expansion rollout strategy for a leading retail business. I also automated reporting pipelines using SQL & Tableau, reducing manual effort from 8 hrs → 2 hrs and improving decision turnaround time.

Earlier at Indian Oil Corporation Limited, I managed LPG supply chain operations (~550 tons/day) across 130+ distributors—improving plant throughput from 450 → 500 tons/day and eliminating stockouts through daily tracking and supplier coordination. I handled daily stock reconciliation and anomaly tracking to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies.
