At New Kingston Academy, I manage student and faculty data, government UDISE portal uploads, reporting, and digitization of years of paper records.
I've built master Excel and Google Sheets trackers for registrations, fees, and records using formulas, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables, reducing back-and-forth between departments. I also created Python scripts with Pandas and Openpyxl to clean and combine data from multiple Excel sheets into one dashboard, replacing hours of manual copy-paste work.
Previously, at Bachpan Play School, I audited academic records, exam reports, and attendance for 25+ students while coordinating schedules, lesson plans, and parent communication. I'm pursuing a BBA alongside full-time work and looking to bring my data and administrative skills into broader roles.
